Summer Season:

Our summer season will begin on May 26th and end in mid-August. This will be a twelve-game season and games are played on Wednesday evenings at the Hope Sports Complex at 6, 7 and 8 PM. All games are on small-sided fields (7 vs. 7), two 25-minute halves, one referee, and no off-sides is called.

The cost for this season is $120 for full-time and $90 for part-time (six games or less). You are allowed to play on one team per division. For this summer season only, we are allowing partial payments. A player must pay at least half of their cost ($60 for full time or $45 for part time) before the first game of the season. The remaining half of the balance must be paid by June 15th.  As before, we do not offer a multi-division discount over the summer.  If you do play in multiple divisions, we cannot guarantee that games in different divisions will not overlap but we will do our best to minimize this.

Related to COVID-19, it is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that if a player has symptoms of illness, SHE NEEDS TO STAY HOME.  Further protocol includes the following:

1) If a player has a known exposure, she MUST stay home in accordance with CDC quarantine guidelines ---> https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html

2) If a player falls ill and tests positive within 48 hours from game time, the Team Manager should report it to the League Administrator as soon as possible so that the opposing team and referee can be notified of the exposure.

3) We are not requiring players to wear masks, but highly suggest that those players who are not vaccinated or those who want the added protection wear their mask.

4) Please refer to either CDC.gov or the Ingham County Health Department with any questions

Mission Statement:

To encourage the advancement of women’s soccer within the Greater Lansing area and beyond by demonstrating the true spirit of soccer through competitive, fun and fair play.

Referral Bonus:

Did you know we offer a referal bonus?!  When a new player registers and pays there is a spot that asks how they heard of LAWS. The new members will need to put a current member's name in this spot and a $10 credit will be issued to the referring member for the next season. It's that easy! There is no limit on how many referrals a current LAWS member can receive; so we hope that this will encourage our members to go out and recruit new members for our league. Word of mouth has always been our most popular recruitment method and we hope this will help sweeten the pot!
