PLAYER IDs
by posted 09/02/2015

UPLOADING PHOTOS FOR PLAYER IDs: When registering, please upload a headshot of yourself to be used for your player ID. A headshot is defined as: A photograph of a person's head or face.  There should not be anyone or anything else in this photo and it should clearly show your face.  This photograph should be recent.  Please try to crop out background scenery before uploading.  If you did this last year, you may keep the same photo.  If you choose not to upload a photo OR if your photo was deleted because it was deemed unable to be used for identification purposes by LAWS, then you will need to bring a photo ID to each game to be used at check-in.

In the event of rain

Just a reminder that if the fields are closed by Hope management, LAWS will use the website to notify all members as soon as we get the notification. If a member has opted to not get text and/or email notifications, that player will not get the message from the website. Because of this, managers should still try and communicate with their players if at all possible.

If the fields are open, games are assumed to be as scheduled. If a game needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or dangerous conditions, that will be done through the referee at the field.
